Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST. All orders placed on the Weekend or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom Made Products (i.e., custom seat covers, dashcovers, berber floor mats, etc..) are shipped 1-3 weeks after orders are received. Do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separate packages. For quicker delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country. NOTE: This may cause a delay in your receiving one part of your order. If you have not received your entire order (with the exception of custom made products) within 7 working days and cannot find your tracking information online, please call us at 561-674-4004 (M-F 9:30AM to 6:00PM - EST) or email us at service@DealerStore.net so we can check on the status of your order. While we take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, sometimes items get damaged in shipment.
